Public Notice Comment Period and Public Hearing

Springfield Metropolitan Housing Authority, Springfield, Ohio will conduct a public comment period and public hearing for the 2026-2030 5 Year Action Plan, 2026-2030 5 Year PHA Plan and the 2026 PHA Annual Plan, beginning on July 15, 2026, and ending August 27, 2026. The Public Hearing will be held at 9:00 AM on August 27, 2026, at SMHA Main Office located at 2026 W. Main Street Springfield, Ohio 45504.

Submitting Public Comments

PHA residents, Housing Choice Voucher participants and the public are invited to attend and provide comments at the public hearing and/or submit written comments during the public comment period. The public comment period is July 15, 2026, through August 27, 2026.
