Springfield Metropolitan Housing Authority in Springfield, Ohio will conduct a public comment period and public hearing for the agency’s Administrative Plan for the Housing Choice Voucher Program and the Admission and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) for the Public Housing Program, to Include all Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA) guidelines. The Public Comment Period begins on September 28, 2026, and ends November 14, 2026. The Public Hearing will be held at 11:00 AM on November 16, 2026, at SMHA Main Office located at 2026 W. Main Street Springfield, Ohio 45504.

Submitting Public Comments
