September 30, 2025SMHA’s Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Monday, July 28, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be in-person and take place at SMHA’s main office at 2026 West Main Street, Springfield, OH 45504 in the Training Room. The purpose of the special meeting is for the Board to consider taking action authorizing 1) the HUD form submission for recapture of CFP funds and 2) the contract for modernization of scattered sites for the 2025 project.
