November 14, 2023SMHA’s Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 4:30 P.M. in-person from its main office location, 2026 West Main Street, Training Room. The purpose of the special meeting is for the Board to consider taking action authorizing 1)the Executive Director to approve the proposed FY 2024 Internal Budgets and the Restructured Staffing Budgets for SMHA’s COCC, HCV, and LIPH Programs, and 2)the Executive Director to Write-Off uncollectible Tenant Account Receivables.
