Housing Choice Voucher Update 11/1/2025

Effective November 1, 2025, the Springfield Metropolitan Housing Authority will close the waiting list for the Housing Choice Voucher (formerly Section 8) program until further notice. For additional information on housing assistance, you may call 937-325-7331 or apply for the Public Housing Program at 2026 W. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45504 during office hours from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm noon and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
