August 21, 2023SMHA’s Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Monday, August 21, 2023 at 4:30 P.M. in-person from its main office location, 2026 West Main Street, Training Room. The purpose of the special meeting is for the Board to consider taking action authorizing 1)the Recovery Agreement Action Plan between the Springfield Metropolitan Housing Authority (SMHA) and US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and 2)the approval of the 2023-2027 Five-Year Action Plan and 2023 Annual Plan.
