Special Board Meeting on Monday, April 4, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.

SMHA’s Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Monday, April 4, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in-person from its main office, 101 West High Street, lower level conference room. The purpose of the special meeting is for the Board to take action authorizing the Executive Director to enter into three agreements/contracts: 1) Enter into contract with Kapp Construction for Alterations of Central Office Project; 2) Purchase Real Property located along E. Leffel Lane, Superior Ave., and Huron Ave. from Wellington Square LLC.; and 3) Enter into Addendum 3 to Contract with Gillam Lawncare and Landscaping LLC for Lawn Care and Landscape Maintenance Services.
