November 8, 2021SMHA’s Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. via teleconference call from its main office, 101 West High Street.

The purpose of the special meeting is to Board take action on the following items:
1) three contracts: MCR Cleaning Solutions and New Vision Construction for unit turns, and Otis Elevator for elevator maintenance and repair services.
2) To possibly take action on Revising SMHA’s Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan.
